# Product status

> What live, private beta, core implemented, planned and blocked mean for Shredo products, and when a product counts as available to customers.

The website may describe a planned commercial product before self-service purchasing is enabled. Use these meanings:

* **Live:** customer delivery, limits, payment, support, and operational evidence are active.
* **Private beta:** capped customer onboarding under an explicit beta contract.
* **Core implemented:** internal processing exists, but the isolated customer service or commercial contract does not.
* **Planned:** the product boundary is defined; implementation or validation remains.
* **Blocked:** launch depends on an unresolved operational, safety, or production requirement.

A running process alone does not establish customer availability. A product is marked live only after its published delivery, capacity, and support requirements have been validated.
